Quiet Hours • 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. • This is a brownstone; respect shared walls and neighboring residents. • No loud music, parties, or events. 3. No Parties / Events • The Lifestyle Suite is for residential use only. • No gatherings, commercial shoots, or business operations without written approval. 4. Smoking Policy • No smoking of any kind inside the unit (including vaping or hookah). • Smoking inside results in a $500 remediation fee minimum. 5. Cleanliness & Care • Maintain the unit in good condition. • Dispose of trash properly. • Report maintenance issues immediately. • Do not move heavy furniture without approval. 6. Damages • Guests are financially responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. • Security deposit deductions may apply. 7. Appliances & Utilities • Do not overload outlets. • Turn off lights, AC, and appliances when leaving. • No tampering with thermostat or internet equipment. 8. Pets • No pets unless pre-approved in writing. • Unauthorized pets result in immediate termination. 9. Security • Lock all doors and windows when exiting. • Do not share access codes. • Lost keys/access devices subject to replacement fees. 10. Parking (If Applicable) • Only approved vehicles. • No commercial vehicle storage without approval. 11. Illegal Activity • Zero tolerance. Immediate eviction and reporting to authorities. 12. Check-Out • Follow check-out instructions provided prior to departure. • Excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.
